HOW TO QUALIFY TO BE ONE OF OUR RESIDENTS
· Complete and submit an Application, Copy of a Photo ID and Proof of Income for each person age 18 years and older that will be living in the home. along with the application fee of $50.00 to Birminghome Realty.
· If approved, you will be required at lease signing to provide the security deposit and first month's rent. Your rent will be pro-rated on the second month if occupancy is less than the full first month. Please ask your leasing specialist for the pro-rated amount.
· Provide a copy of your Renters Insurance at the time you sign your lease.
· If a guarantor is allowed, the guarantor will also need to fill out an application for approval.
